The location of the lodge is absolutely stunning, with serene surroundings and beautiful walks nearby. The property itself exceeded our expectations, with cozy and well-equipped rooms. The beds were comfortable and the cottage was equipped with interesting books and a PS3 for the kids. The presence of toiletries, slippers, and cleaning materials was a nice touch. Our dog was warmly welcomed, and there were ample opportunities for walks. The setting and extras made our stay enjoyable.

One negative aspect was the lack of proper maintenance in some areas, such as broken furniture, a flimsy dining table, and a broken front door handle. These issues could have been easily resolved and did slightly impact our overall experience.

The lodge is situated in a lovely, idyllic setting with beautiful walks all around. The property offers cozy and well-equipped A-frame lodges with interesting books and a PS3 for entertainment. Additionally, they provide toiletries, slippers, and cleaning materials, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The lodge could benefit from some improvements, such as addressing the uncomfortable sofa and updating the carpeting, kitchen top area.

The location of the lodge was great, nestled in a serene and peaceful forest area near a beautiful lake. The lodge itself had a fancy and photogenic look, which was quite appealing.- The availability of parking spaces for almost 20 cars was a big plus.- The wooden deck at the front of the lodge was spacious and perfect for hosting a BBQ party.- There were plenty of activities to enjoy, such as walks to the lakeside, cycling trails, and bird watching.

The interior of the lodge was quite cramped, with low ceilings and limited space, especially in the kitchen. The staircase was too steep and not suitable for elderly guests.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the cozy and serene atmosphere of the lodge. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful walks and the scenic Grafham Water. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras provided, such as toiletries and cleaning materials. the lodge was pet-friendly, and our dog had a great time exploring the area.

The lack of attention to maintenance and repairs. Some of the furniture in the upstairs bedrooms was broken, and the dining table was flimsy and in the way when left up.

The peaceful and serene atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. we appreciated the amenities provided in the lodge, such as the TV with streaming capabilities and the well-equipped kitchen.

The lodge had a great location, nestled in the forest and near a beautiful lake. the surroundings were serene and peaceful, perfect for a weekend getaway. the lodge itself was cozy and had all the necessary amenities, including a PS3 for the kids and interesting books to read. the fact that they allowed pets was a huge plus for us.

There were a few things that were disappointing. the sofa in the living room was incredibly uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax in the evenings.
